Apply Gem-Tac to the reverse of your embellishment and stick over the central, gathered ribbon.If you don’t have a hot melt glue gun, then tie a small amount of thread and knot it in the middle, which is equally effective. Take a hot melt glue gun and apply a small amount of adhesive to underneath the central section of your ribbon, pinch the ribbon together quickly to create a gathered effect.Stick your prepared panel onto the front of your base glitter layer.As this is a liquid glue, make sure there’s enough to stick firmly but not so much that it oozes out over the sides.

Make sure there’s enough adhesive that it will stick firmly, we find the best glue for sticking card or paper onto glitter card is Zip Dry. Take the prepared front panel and apply adhesive on the reverse all the way around, including over the ribbon edges.Make sure your ribbon is straight, adjust if necessary. Take your pocket card’ right side up’ and with the curved pocket visible on the bottom RHS prepare your glitter base by running adhesive all around the reverse, close to the edges.Once you have the printed wedding invitation card elements ready you can begin assembly of this design.
